It tracks temperature, pressure, volume, and sanitation on every draft line, comparing actual pours to actual sales in real time instead of manual counts or month-end inventory estimates. Multi-location operators use it to standardize draft performance across sites and catch margin loss a single-location view misses. Enterprise venues (casinos, stadiums, airports, hotels) use it for governance-ready reporting, not just an operational dashboard. PourScore™ subscriptions include a public-facing draft menu display tool—FloBoard™.
